Greetings, salutations and welcome to my site! My name is Joe sometimes known as Joseph (usually in the workplace) and honestly whatever you prefer to distinguish me from the other Joes you already know. Perhaps my site wil help with that distinction.

A bit about me... I love spending time with my family which includes a smart and beautiful baby girl (and she is the absolute best!!!), the most lovely significant other I could ever ask for and our new puppy child... Holmes. Also, I like to use the "..." so be mindful, as you continue to read. So here we go...

I work in the Seattle area and labeled as a DevOps Engineer for DroneSense. A company striving to change the public safety. I strive to find efficiency within the software development life-cycle primarily focused on infrastructure, reliability, performance, scalability, validation, and security of applications/systems. I always look to build and automate. I tend to get anxious and frustrated when large or small systems, application and/or infrastructure are not in reusable, modular code. Though, sometimes I like as it give me a bit of a challenge. I yearn to learn and grow in any (technology) subject manner as I take my passion for systems in and out of work.

Some side projects are above. I like to write code and build random tools. Yes, there are a few in progress and a few others I not wish to make public at this time. Sometimes I get distracted and work one a few too many projects at once. Kinda strange they do tend to build off each other. Speaking of building. I am always trying to build and improve projects so that could be part of the issue or just part of my desire for greatness and perfection.

When not on a synthetic system I like playing in the largest system I call life. Love to be indoors and outdoors. It is bit of a conundrum I live in, but sometimes I make it work. Daughter has taken up most our time in and outdoors. Inside its all the techs, books, science and working on our new purchased home... yay! Outside, Love biking mostly mountain and some urban riding through my hood. Grilling with charcoal, no gas for this family. I enjoy fishing when I can, been pretty hard as of later to find the time. I follow a bunch of real football especially my Tottenham Hotspurs.
